Here is how it works:


You can make a donation for one, two, three dozen cookies or more.  We ask that you consider a donation of $5 per dozen.  You can donate by clicking on one of the “donate” buttons on this website or by clicking on the donation link found in the email I sent to you.


Once I have received your donation I will bake the cookies and deliver them to homeless shelters in the Des Moines area.


Your gift will have double the impact and

zero the calories.



 


How you can help!

The easiest way you can help is by purchasing some cookies at my online bake sale.


But if you really want to make a difference, you can help by passing this email on to friends and family you know that may be interested in contributing.


This bake sale is not meant to be chain letter and I ask that you only send this to people you know and trust.


Deadline for donations will be March 15, 2008.

 

About the Bake Sale:

I am planning a service project for my Confirmation preparation and I want to do an online bake sale.  I am 12 years old and live in a small town in Iowa. This bake sale will help out  St. Jude’s Children’s Research Hospital.   Most of my family lives in other states so I thought this would be a great way to help out more people.  I chose St. Jude’s because I think it is great that they never turn a child away because they can’t pay.
